All parcels are dispatched within 5 'working' days. You should expect to receive your order within 5 working days after it has been dispatched however please allow up to 10 working days in case of any Royal Mail delays. 


In the event that your parcel is delayed please check your local Royal Mail depot before contacting us. As it's likely to have been taken there without notification. 

If your order is returned to us due to non collection from the depot you will be required to pay P+P again so we can send your parcel out again. Please make sure your address details are correct, any misspelt / missing details will result in your parcel being delayed or being returned to us. If the latter occurs you'll be required to pay additional P+P.


Your customer experience is very important to us and we strive to make your online shopping expedition as fun and enjoyable as possible.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product is in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no marks/stains on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, or tampered with, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way we are not obliged to refund you. If this is the case please email us at wicknice@hotmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue!

At Wick Nice, we check every product to ensure that the highest standards have been met on each item prior to dispatch. And they are packed with 100% care. Should you receive any item that you are not satisfied with, you must contact us within 48 hours. You may contact us via our email address  wicknice@hotmail.com. We will discuss the options with you at the time of contact. When you contact us, please ensure that you provide your order reference number and contact details for you. Furthermore, please submit supporting evidence of any problems. Should your items be badly damaged, we recommend that you do not accept these from Royal Mail.
